Counselling and Supervision
Kerry moore therapy
I help adults to feel safe, supported and seen. You can expect a non-judgmental, empathetic and understanding space, that will allow you to experience counselling on your own terms.

About Kerry
My love for helping others has been part of my life for as long as I can remember and led me to a career in counselling. My experience in the past ten years has allowed me to work with a wide range of adults who have struggled with many common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and life changes.
I have worked as a supervisor for different charities and organisations supporting students and qualified counsellors. I am the Founding Director of the well-known counselling organisation ‘Heart to Heart Bristol’, where I supervise and support over sixty staff members and hundreds of clients a week.

My Philosophy
Together We Will
We will explore what brings you to counselling and identify what you want to achieve in our sessions. Together, we will work towards taking the steps you want to make to create change.
I have a range of tools to use, which we can talk about more when you get in touch, but rest assured, I have a wealth of experience in supporting clients like you with struggles such as anxiety, depression, bereavement loss and grief.
I have a special place in my heart for those who are neurodiverse and welcome people who are seeking support to explore this.
With the right tools and support, everyone can reach their full potential.
I am an integrative counsellor, meaning I use different theories and modalities to meet your needs. These might include person-centred therapy, psychodynamic counselling, transactional analysis, or aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
